We strive to offer 100% satisfaction guarantee, if you are not satisfied with the goods received, then for a period of 7 business days after receiving the goods, customers can:

  • Return the goods with proof of purchase,

  • Cancel the entire purchase, and 

  • Receive a full refund.

 

All returned or exchanged items should subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original sale condition, which includes unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused, with original labels attached.

  • Items must be in its original packaging where applicable.

  • Shipping costs will be refunded on faulty items and customer should provides proof of the shipping amount. For “Change of mind” refund, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

  • Goods are to be returned or exchanged with original Proof of Payment.
